Changes to Terms

- Failure to complete KYC or due diligence requests;

- Notice: Users will be notified by email regarding any decision to suspend or terminate their account, specifying reasons and avenues for clarification.
- Funds Refund: In case of termination unrelated to fraud or breach, unused account balances will be refunded to the User via the original payment method, subject to successful verification and compliance with AU anti-money laundering requirements.
- Appeals: Users may contact customer support to contest account actions in accordance with the dispute procedure set out below.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Governing Law: These Terms shall be governed by the laws of Curaçao and, to the extent applicable, relevant statutes of Australia, particularly in relation to consumer protection and privacy.
- Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these Terms or the operation of playamoz.com must first be raised with Operator's customer support. If unresolved, disputes may be escalated to the Curaçao Gaming Control Board or referred to binding arbitration in Curaçao, unless otherwise required by mandatory AU law. Users residing in Australia may also have additional rights to pursue remedies through relevant Australian authorities.
- Jurisdiction: Exclusive jurisdiction rests with the courts of Curaçao, subject to any mandatory jurisdiction afforded under Australian law for Australian residents.
